What you are buying

Meredosia Suite is a local-first business platform: Write, Sheets, Deck, Ledger, Sites, Mail, CRM, booking, e-sign, licensing and an agent, running on hardware you own. Every license is one-time and owned, never a subscription. These are the only suite prices, and sales tax is calculated by our payment provider at checkout, never a typed-in rate.

Core, modules and support

Core

Team-10 Core is 5,200 US dollars for up to 10 seats. Business-50 Core is 19,000 US dollars for up to 50 seats. Both are perpetual. Over 50 seats, we tailor a contract license.

Modules on top of Core

Ledger 1,800, Builder 2,100, Sites 1,600 and Email 1,600 US dollars. Add a module later with proration and upgrade credit for what you already paid.

Complete

Team-10 Complete is 10,400 US dollars: Team-10 Core plus every module. Business-50 Complete is 24,200 US dollars.

Updates and Support

20 per cent of the license price a year, the first year included. If it lapses the software keeps working; you only stop getting new versions.

The whole suite, fully activated, for 30 days with no card. At the end it turns read-only: every record stays readable and exportable, and nothing is locked.

Your data stays yours

The suite runs on your machine. A license that lapses or a trial that ends never takes your records away; export works at every stage.

Is this a subscription?
No. Every Meredosia license is one-time and owned. The only yearly charge is Updates and Support, and the software keeps working if you stop paying it.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 30 days the suite turns read-only. You can still open, read and export everything. Buying a license turns writing back on.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial starts with no card on file.
What does Updates and Support cost after the first year?
20 per cent of the license price a year. The first year is included with every license.
Can I add a module later?
Yes. Modules are separate entitlements, and adding one later is prorated with upgrade credit.
How is sales tax handled?
Our payment provider calculates sales tax from your billing address at checkout.
